30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AllGet Shop. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Products must be free of damage caused by improper use
• Original receipt or order number is required
• Clear/transparent items must not have visible scratches or marks

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@allgetshop.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We will send you a return authorization within 24 hours
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
4. Ship to: 4601 E MAIN ST, FARMINGTON, NM 87402, United States
5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
